As a Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration, you are our first IT point of contact on site. You ensure a smooth operation and support users with all technical questions quickly, competently, and solution-oriented.

Aufgaben

Onsite 1st-Level-Support & 2nd-Level-Support, close by, quickly solved
You are the first point of contact for all IT matters on site. In 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support, you analyze and fix disturbances quickly and reliably via phone, email or remote, in German and English.

Network- and Infrastructure-Basics
You maintain the IT infrastructure with a focus on user support for client/server environments, printers, and label printers. With your technical understanding, you ensure a smooth operation.

Dokumentation & Best Practices
You document IT processes and support procedures clearly and systematically. This way, you create transparency and ensure efficient workflows in the team.

Schulungs- und Rollout-Support
You take care of the installation, administration, and rollout of hardware and software in the Windows environment as well as iPhones and iPads. During training sessions and introductions, you stand by their side.

Provider- und Hardware-Logistik, Systems manage, Support secure
You support the administration of Windows- and iOS-systems and adjust to external partners if necessary to ensure a smooth hardware deployment.

Qualifikation

• You have completed training in the IT sector, e.g. as Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration or can present comparable qualifications
• You bring ideally 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or infrastructure
• You are familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN / Firewall, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
• SAP knowledge is desirable
• You work service-oriented, communicate clearly, and are a true team player
• You possess very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking (B1)
