Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• First-Level Support:
  You bring your expertise into a dynamic environment where you support colleagues across departments at their digital workplaces. Additionally, you handle 1st-level inquiries reliably, personally, and efficiently – we do not have an anonymous ticket system.
• Hardware-Versorgung:
  You ensure that every colleague at SUNTEC has the corresponding hardware. Not only during onboarding new colleagues and colleagues, but also for topics like home office equipment, ergonomic equipment or defective technology, you are the go-to person. Furthermore, you document the devices that are returned.
• Software und Netzwerke
  You perform the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our in-house IT systems, virtualization environments, and networks. Together with our IT leader, you test new software, assess risks and opportunities, and set up exciting projects.
• Prozessoptimierung
  We are a constantly growing company, so you have a lot of room to optimize processes after you've intensively learned them. You don't have to reinvent the wheel, but new ideas are very important to us and we implement them quickly if we're convinced.
• Kommunikation mit externen Dienstleistern
  You take care of all external matters. For example, our mobile phone providers, cloud telephony, inventory software, and many other interfaces to BI reports or innovative web applications.

Qualifikation

Your profile:

• You have a completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g. as a Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration (m/w/d) or similar
• You already have experience as an administrator or in a comparable role for configuring Microsoft 365 services or the Proxmox virtualization platform
• You have very good knowledge of PC hardware, mobile phones, and peripheral devices
• You have fundamental knowledge regarding standard office applications in the MS Office environment and MS cloud solutions
• Your continuous help in implementing the NIS2 directive is essential
• We can rely on you and entrust you with demanding tasks without hesitation
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking are a must in this position
• You are a multitalent, which means you can juggle many different task areas simultaneously and enjoy learning new software solutions
• In our new building in Eibelstadt, you support all IT challenges that arise and ensure a smooth operation
