IT Administrator / System Integration Specialist (m/w/d)

We manage IT infrastructure for business customers, covering Windows servers, Microsoft 365, networks, and IT security.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT administrator/system integration specialist (m/w/d) who can reliably support our customers and actively participate in IT projects.

Tasks

• Maintenance and administration of IT systems for business customers
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and client systems
• Management of Active Directory and user structures
• Administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
• 1st- and 2nd-level support (remote and occasionally on-site)
• Carrying out updates, patch management, and backup controls
• Participation in IT projects (migrations, networks, security solutions)

Qualification

• Completed training as a system integration specialist or equivalent qualification
• Experience in administering Windows server environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern workspaces
• Knowledge of network technology (routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, firewall)
• Independent and structured working style
• Service-oriented behavior towards customers
• Class B driver's license
