Tasks
You
- get excited about IT and people
- enjoy taking care of our customers' IT operations to run smoothly
- take on new customer projects independently
Qualification
You have
- 3 or more years of professional experience in the system house environment in customer support
- in-depth knowledge of networks and Windows systems (client and server)
- a good basic understanding of security technologies
- good German and English skills
