IT Specialist (m/f/d) - Full-time

We are looking for IT Specialists (m/f/d) for our Business Development department who can design and automate processes with modern tools, ensuring that systems interlock, data flows function smoothly, and our operations become even more efficient.

Do you have experience with digital topics and are familiar with Low-Code/No-Code solutions as well as API tools like Zapier or Make.com, or are you capable of learning quickly and independently? Then our IT or Business Development department is the right choice for you.

Your Area of Responsibility:

• Automation of our business processes with No-Code / Low-Code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make

• Setup, maintenance, and management of Airtable databases

• Development of front-ends and interfaces with No-Code / Low-Code tools

• Management and further development of our CRM system (especially Close)

• Planning, implementation, and integration of new business processes

• Documentation & Conception of digital business processes

• User training & support
  

Base Salary IT Specialist (m/f/d) in Full-time: €4,000 - €6,000 gross per month depending on experience

The onboarding phase typically lasts 2-4 months.

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or an IT-related apprenticeship or demonstrable experience in the IT / Automation field

• Experience in project management as well as high discipline and organizational skills
