Tasks
- Support in analyzing and optimizing internal IT processes
- Quality assurance within the scope of support processes and customer communication

- Orienting users to system operation
Qualification
- Completed education in IT systems, Fachinformatiker or comparable degree
- First professional experiences and knowledge in the fields of IT systems and web technologies desirable
- Mandatory fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills
- You stand out with communication strength and team spirit
- A self-reliant and structured work style is second nature to you
