Tasks

• Support for analyzing and optimizing internal IT processes
• Quality control in the context of support processes and customer communication
• Error analysis and elimination of disturbances
• Counseling and training of users
• Orienting users to system usage

Qualification

• Completed education in IT - Systemkaufmann, Fachinformatiker or comparable degree (such as Bachelor of Science, Informatik)
• Multiple years of professional experience and knowledge in the fields of IT systems and web technologies desirable
• Good knowledge of the Debian operating system, administration of Proxmox, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ is absolutely necessary
• You have fluent German language skills (C2) and good English language skills (B2)
• A self-reliant and structured work style is familiar to you
