Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Support for analyzing and optimizing internal IT processes
- Quality control in the context of support processes and customer communication
- Error analysis and elimination of disturbances
- Counseling and training of users
- Orienting users to system usage
Qualification
- Completed education in IT - Systemkaufmann, Fachinformatiker or comparable degree (such as Bachelor of Science, Informatik)
- Multiple years of professional experience and knowledge in the fields of IT systems and web technologies desirable
- Good knowledge of the Debian operating system, administration of Proxmox, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ is absolutely necessary
- You have fluent German language skills (C2) and good English language skills (B2)
- A self-reliant and structured work style is familiar to you
