Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)
Job description
We are a family-owned, modern pathological institution with four locations and a dedicated team of over 100 employees.
A stable and high-performance IT forms the basis for reliable medical diagnostics. With increasing digitalization of our processes, introduction of telematics solutions and branch-specific software solutions, we are looking for an experienced Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) who will maintain our IT systems and bring digital pathology to a stable and future-proof level.
Tasks
- Administration and maintenance of our IT, server, and network infrastructure
- Ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performance IT operation
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of clients, servers, telematics systems, and network components

- Maintenance and further development of branch-specific software solutions for pathology
- Support for employees in IT-related questions and technical problems
- Further development and stabilization of our digital pathology infrastructure
- Maintenance of systems for large image data volumes and digital diagnostic processes
- Inter-site cooperation with our IT colleagues at our further locations
- Documented and continuous optimization of our IT system landscape
Qualification
- Completed training as a Fachinformatiker
- Several years of professional experience in IT administration
- Experience with branch-specific software solutions
- Fundamental knowledge of networks, server administration, IT security, and telematics solutions
- Experience with Windows system landscapes, clients, and workplace infrastructure
- Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
- Communication skills and service orientation
