What do you do as a Junior IT Support & Infrastructure at dekoGraphics?

At dekoGraphics, you support our team as a Junior IT Support & Infrastructure in ensuring a modern, stable, and future-proof IT landscape. You work closely with our IT leader and take on tasks that combine technical and organizational elements. This includes the conception and implementation of measures for the continuous optimization of our IT infrastructure.

You are the first point of contact for our internal users and take care of support for end devices, servers, network, telephone, ERP system, web applications, and home office setups. Additionally, you take over training in the use of M365, ERP, and our document management system, so that our colleagues can work efficiently and securely.

Furthermore, you are responsible for hardware inventory, repair, and replacement of equipment. A special focus will be on the expansion of our security structures – particularly with Intune, which we will develop further together. You will also increasingly take on responsibility for KI-based data structures and SharePoint (e.g., tagging & document logic).

Specifically, this means:

• IT Support (1st/ partial 2nd level)
• User management

• Infrastructure – operation & support (Junior = accompany, not design)
• IT Security (under clear guidelines)
• Dokumentation & processes
• Participation in IT projects
• Learning & development focal points

• A completed education as a computer scientist or a similar background is important to us – regardless of whether it's fresh or with initial professional experience.
• You bring technical understanding and joy in optimizing systems and solving problems in a structured manner.
• Experiences in user support and working with M365, ERP systems, and ideally DMS tools are a plus – but not a requirement.
• You have a desire to develop topics like security, Intune, KI data structures, or SharePoint and take on responsibility.
• You are flexible and solution-oriented – you stay calm even when there are multiple tickets at the same time.
• What's important to us is an open, team-oriented personality that likes to learn, think together, and drive things forward.
