IT Specialist (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Support in the analysis and optimization of internal IT processes
- Quality assurance within the scope of support processes and customer communication
- Error analysis and elimination of malfunctions
- Consultation and training of users
- Instruction of users in operating the systems
Qualifications
- Completed training as an IT system merchant, IT specialist, or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience and knowledge in the areas of IT systems and web technologies desirable
- Fluent German and good English skills are mandatory
- You are characterized by strong communication skills and team spirit
- An independent and structured way of working is familiar to you
