Aufgaben

• You are the 1st-Level-User Support for your colleagues at all locations.
• You take care of planning, setting up, administering, and maintaining our Windows- and MAC-workstations, servers, and mobile devices.
• Our servers and primary IT assets are hosted in a modern data center provided by a local energy supplier.
• This also includes the conception, installation, maintenance, and repair of our virtual and physical workstations.
• You take over the monitoring and support of our networks.
• You manage and maintain our domain as well as email accounts (on premise and 365 cloud).
• The administration of firewall, endpoint security, and VPN access also falls within your scope.
• Your team is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the backup system and archive of the entire agency.
• You take over the support processing at external service providers and suppliers.

Qualifikation

• You have successfully completed a training as a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or a comparable training in the IT sector.
• You have broad knowledge of common operating systems and experience in IT and network operations.
• You have good knowledge of administering MAC- and Windows servers.
• A good communication ability, including English, as well as service orientation characterize you.
• Since we primarily host our systems in an external data center, a class B driver's license is advantageous.
