Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) 2nd-Level-Support

We are an owner-managed IT service provider from Berlin and have been on the market for over 15 years. Our team manages the IT infrastructure of more than 15,000 employees in the healthcare sector at over 2,500 workstations. Our goal: People should be able to rely on modern technology - from support to stable system operation. Our focus lies on small and medium-sized enterprises, especially in the healthcare sector. Our Team 2nd-Level-Support takes care of processing all inquiries and disturbances of our customers in the ongoing IT operation.
We are on a growth course, so we're looking forward to new colleagues who will support our engaged 2nd-Level-Team nationwide remotely (Home-Office or Coworking Space).
The following tasks await you:
You will process remote tickets for disturbances and inquiries, e.g. from Thin- and Fatclients, printers, consumption reports from servers, applications, O365, VOIP devices, and fax machines, as well as troubleshooting in the network
Once you have successfully taken over topics where you have expertise, you can expand your skills through good familiarization with other areas and support there as needed and desired
You will independently develop ticket solutions via direct contact with our customers by phone and maintain a friendly communication. Our customers will be kept informed regularly
You will actively contribute to ensuring efficient support through careful documentation, targeted knowledge transfer, and effective internal communication
This is what you should bring:
You have a completed training as a Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration, preferably with initial professional experience
It would be ideal if you already had experiences in one or more of the above-mentioned tasks or areas
Your knowledge of the Microsoft environment is also an advantage
You command German in writing and speaking at least on a C1 level
