IT Technician (m/w/d) IT Support in Hamburg

Tasks

• Provision of 1st and 2nd Level Client Support in the Onsite Team
• Receipt of disturbances and processing of inquiries
• Care for standard applications, such as MS-Office and current operating systems (Windows and Mac)
• Installations, Break & Fix, exchange and troubleshooting for end devices
• Documented and ticket processing in the ticket system.
• Collaboration with 1st and 3rd Level Client Support Teams.
• Prioritization adjustment to maintain SLAs.

Qualification

• Ideal candidate has an education in the IT field or comparable professional experience in IT, e.g. as IT Technician (m/w/d), IT Support, etc.
• Experience in IT support, PC hardware installation, and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft Windows versions, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and working with a ticket system
• Familiarity with iOS and Mac operating systems is advantageous
• Optional certification like CompTIA (A+), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as expandable to good English language skills
• A driver's license of class B would be desirable
