Senior IT Specialist - Full-time

As a Senior IT Specialist, you will take on a key role in our company. You will ensure that our digital processes are efficient, scalable, and future-proof – and support the team with smart automations and technical solutions in everyday operations.

Your profile as a Senior IT Specialist:

You have completed a degree in (Economic) Informatics or comparable experience in digital process development? You know tools like Make, Airtable, and ClickUp not just from hearsay, but from personal application?

Even if you previously worked under a different title such as Wirtschaftsinformatiker/-in, Fachinformatiker/-in, or Mitarbeiter/-in for IT-Management, Digitalization & Processes: At our company, what matters most is your understanding of modern tools, your solution-oriented thinking, and your ability to efficiently and smartly depict complex processes. In any case, you will receive a targeted induction into our systems.

Your working day with us:

• Development, maintenance, and optimization of digital processes and automations

• Creation of scenarios in Make.com as well as linking tools like Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, Google Sheets etc.

• Monitoring and troubleshooting of running processes

• Demonstration, training, and handover of processes to the team

• Technical first-level support for internal IT questions (MacBooks, tools, accounts)

• Contact person for digital process questions in management and project leadership

• Completed degree in (Economic) Informatics or comparable practical qualifications

• Experience with No-Code/Low-Code tools (e.g. Make.com, Airtable, ClickUp)

• Technical understanding & high initiative

• Structured working style & process thinking

• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking

• Safe handling of Apple MacBook & digital tools

• Professional appearance & high reliability
