IT Specialist (m/f/d) – Full-time

We are one of Hamburg's fastest-growing digital agencies and are looking for new employees with a focus on business informatics for the Business Development department as soon as possible.

We are an advertising agency that helps craft businesses get more applications from skilled workers in the region through innovative social media strategies. We market medium-sized companies as attractive employers on social networks.

Do you have experience with digital topics and are you familiar with low-code/no-code solutions and API tools like Zapier or Make.com – or are you able to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with them? Then our IT and Business Development department is the right place for you.

As an IT Specialist (m/f/d), you will design and automate our processes with modern tools. You will ensure that systems work together, data flows smoothly, and our processes become even more efficient.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Automation of our business processes with no-code / low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make

• Setup, maintenance, and administration of Airtable databases

• Development of front-ends and interfaces with no-code / low-code tools

• Management and further development of our CRM system (especially HubSpot)

• Planning, implementation, and integration of new business processes

• Documentation & Conceptualization of digital business processes

• User training & support

Salary: IT System Integrator No-Code / Low-Code (m/f/d): €5,500 gross per month

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or an apprenticeship in the IT sector or demonstrable experience in IT / Automation

• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, very good analytical skills, and quick comprehension

• Experience in project management as well as high discipline and organizational skills

• Results- and solution-oriented approach, ability to follow, understand, and improve existing processes

• Strong team player, excellent communication skills, and confident demeanor

• Very good written German language skills

• Resilience and good ability to handle performance pressure
