Aufgaben

As IT Specialist in Service Desk (w/m/d), you will significantly contribute to the efficient IT infrastructure by processing inquiries competently and managing hardware remotely and on-site.

• Taking, processing, and answering inquiries and problem statements via phone, email, and on-site
• Installing, configuring, and commissioning hardware such as PC, laptop, tablet, and smartphone
• Testing and evaluating new hardware and software to ensure quality
• Administering client hardware to ensure a trouble-free operation
• Conducting quality checks and continuous improvement of IT processes

Qualifikation

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Fundamental knowledge in user support and administration of Microsoft infrastructures
• Safe handling of MS Office, Exchange, and Outlook
• Quick understanding and high willingness to deploy
• Outstanding team skills and confident appearance when finding solutions
