Your Mission with Us

You are our internal IT contact person for our nuclear medicine practice and, together with our external IT partners, ensure that our systems function reliably in daily practice.

• You take over first-level support and are the first point of contact for our employees with IT questions and technical problems.
• You support our medical applications and systems, especially RIS/PACS as well as other practice and documentation systems.
• You analyze malfunctions, find pragmatic solutions, and coordinate further processing with our external IT service providers if necessary.
• You support the introduction of new hardware and software as well as the implementation of internal IT projects.
• You support our IT workplaces and digital infrastructure and keep an overview of upcoming technical topics.
• You support our employees in using new systems and ensure that technical solutions work in everyday work.
• You contribute your own ideas and help us to continuously develop digital processes and IT structures.

Your Strengths

• You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable IT qualification.
• You have sound knowledge in IT support and in handling hardware and software.
• You can analyze technical problems in a structured way and process them in a solution-oriented manner.
• Experience with RIS, PACS, HIS or other medical IT systems is a plus – but not a requirement.
• You work independently, structured, and responsibly.
• You can explain technical contexts understandably even to non-IT professionals.
• You are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy supporting your colleagues in their daily work.
• You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, and are eager to actively shape our IT landscape.

You do not necessarily need medical prior knowledge. Your IT competence, your solution orientation, and your willingness to familiarize yourself with our medical systems and processes are much more important to us.
