Aufgaben

• Implementation of projects, migrations, and changes, etc., with Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Storage systems, Windows Servers, Remote desktop services, and File servers.
• Setup, configuration, and expansion of networks: routing, switching, VLAN.
• Realization of IT-Security projects, extension of existing or new networks with a firewall.
• Realization of VPN site-to-site networking.
• Maintenance and expansion of existing IT infrastructures.
• Error analysis and correction (on- and offsite).
• Integration and evaluation of new technologies.

Qualifikation

• Completed training as a System Engineer for IT or comparable IT training.
• Fundamental knowledge in planning, installation, and configuration of IT systems.
• Expertise in setting up and managing networks and servers.
• Competence in error analysis and correction of hardware and software problems.
• Safe handling of common IT security measures and firewall configurations, e.g., with Securepoint.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining cloud solutions (Microsoft Office365 / Azure / Intune).
• Good communication skills and teamwork to advise customers and cooperate with colleagues.
