Aufgaben

The responsibilities include:

• Cloud- & Modern-Workplace-Lösungen: Co-designing, administering, and further developing modern Microsoft-cloud environments with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace
• Azure & AI-Technologien: Supporting the implementation and integration of modern Azure-based and AI-driven solutions for optimizing internal processes
• IT-Systembetreuung: Planning, setting up, administering, and maintaining internal IT systems and network infrastructure
• System- und IT-Sicherheit: Ensuring system availability and implementing and monitoring modern security and compliance standards
• Support & Fehleranalyse: Conducting error analyses and subsequent troubleshooting in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• Projektunterstützung: Participating in IT projects, rollouts, cloud migrations, and digitalization initiatives within the company group
• Dienstleistersteuerung: Collaborating with external IT service providers and system houses
• User-Schulungen: Supporting and training internal users on modern workplace and cloud solutions

Qualifikation

We are looking for someone who:

• Qualifizierung: Completed education as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/w/d) or equivalent IT technical qualification
• Berufserfahrung: Several years of professional experience in the field of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or Microsoft environments, ideally in an IT system house
• Microsoft-Technologien: Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and modern workplace technologies
• Cloud & AI: Interest or first-hand practical experience in the fields of Azure AI, cloud solutions, automation, and modern digital workspaces
• IT-Infrastruktur: Solid knowledge of client administration, server administration, network infrastructure, and hybrid IT environments
• Sprachkenntnisse: Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Persönliche Eigenschaften: Self-motivated and structured work style, team player, communication strength, customer orientation, and advanced problem-solving competence
