DOCMAiTE gives doctors' practices time back. Our local AI (DOCMAiTE-Box) takes practice teams away from daily document and data work - so more time is available for patients and treatment information is available exactly when it's needed. The company was founded in 2024, emerged from the research of the University of Göttingen, and is valued by customers to the extent that some have even become investors.

You will be working in a growing, ambitious team, shaping culture, themes, and work processes actively with us and creating direct added value for our customers. In order for our solution to run reliably in every practice, you ensure a clean technical onboarding, stable setup, and reliable operation at the customer's site.

Aufgaben

Inbetriebnahme und Integration beim Kunden: You accompany the onboarding of new customers - doctor's practices, medical centers, clinics, and partners - in setting up our DOCMAiTE solution. You bring Box and software online remotely, check technical requirements, and integrate the solution into existing practice IT.

Support und Fehleranalyse: You take support cases around Box, backend communication, and application independently, isolate them technically, and drive them to a solution with clear ownership.

Stabilisierung und Verbesserung: You recognize recurring error patterns and technical weaknesses, document them, and feed them back into product and development.

Prozesse und Dokumentation: You develop checklists, support workflows, and technical documentation further, so that setup, operation, and support can function reliably and reproducibly. You support our development team in setting up and configuring a ticket system.

Qualifikation

• You have an education or further training in the IT sector, e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, and have more than three years of experience with client systems, networks, and applications.
• You communicate securely by phone or video call, even with non-IT-savvy users. The user language is exclusively German.
• You can recognize error patterns in the interaction between hardware, software, and infrastructure and take ownership of finding a solution.
• Ideal candidates come from an IT system house or similar service environment

Benefits

Flexibilität: Choose from 32-40 hours per week, including a 4-day workweek. We like to work in teams and are typically on site for 3-4 days per week.

Urlaub: 30 days of vacation (5-day week)

Vergütung: 50,000-55,000 € gross per year at a 40-hour workweek, depending on experience; plus a variable share in the company's success.
