IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You implement and plan security solutions for our customers (e.g., firewalls, virus protection, MFA, and VPN connections)
• You independently support, administer, maintain, and manage systems (e.g., installation, configuration, and monitoring of Windows operating systems) in client/server operation
• You take on the conception, implementation, and support of virtual and cloud systems
• You enjoy migrating and setting up M365 (Exchange Online, Azure AD, Sharepoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams)
• You independently plan and execute IT projects, including documentation
• You are responsible for hardware and software installations for our customers

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience
• You have completed vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
• Creativity and collegiality are the two "Cs" that are most important to us
• You have project experience and good knowledge in:
• Microsoft client and server environments
• Backup software (Veeam)
• Firewall systems (Sophos)
• Virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V)
• You can demonstrate practical experience in the implementation and migration of IT environments
• You are confident, have a self-assured demeanor, and possess strong communication skills
• You enjoy advising our customers and supporting them in their decisions
• Your strengths include a structured and independent way of working
• You are open to new things and enjoy working in a team
• A driver's license class B is a matter of course for you
