IT Specialist for System Integration (m/w/d)

We are looking for an IT specialist for system integration (m/w/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Frankenthal. Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our IT services within the EXCO group and support employees in the company center and at branch offices with all IT-related questions.

The position is initially limited to two years and offers the option for an unlimited takeover upon successful collaboration.

Aufgaben

• First point of contact for IT inquiries and technical problems (First-Level-Support)
• Analyzing, resolving, and documenting hardware and software problems in our ticket system
• Setting up, installing, and configuring workplace systems, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Supporting employees with IT-related questions
• Participation in IT rollouts, relocations, and internal IT projects

Qualifikation

• Degree in computer science or a related field (m/w/d) for system integration, IT systems electronics (m/w/d), or equivalent technical qualification
• First professional experience in IT support, help desk, or system maintenance is advantageous
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic network technologies
• Pleasure in practical IT tasks and a hands-on mentality
• Analytical and solution-oriented working style, as well as friendly and service-oriented demeanor
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (C1), English language skills are advantageous
