System Integration Specialist

Your Role

You have at least 5 years of experience in IT operations and want more than just processing tickets?
With us, you'll support customer environments, develop systems further, and actively work on IT projects.

Tasks

• Maintenance & Further Development of IT Infrastructure (Servers, Network, Cloud)
• Tickets in 2nd/3rd Level (including Prioritization)
• Monitoring, Incident Handling & Security
• Implementation of IT Projects (M365, Virtualization, Network)
• Remote- & On-Site Support for Customers

Qualification

• IT Education (e.g. System Integration Specialist)
• At Least 5 Years of Professional Experience
• Good Knowledge in Windows Server / Client
• Experience with Infrastructure (Servers, Network, Virtualization)
• Self-Reliant Work Style & Customer Orientation
