Your role

You will be responsible for the stable operation of our entire E-Commerce and system landscape, and develop it actively further.

In essence, you will:

• Tech Operations & System Maintenance

• E-Commerce Development

• AI & Automation

• Process Optimization across all departments

• Management of external partners

• Technical project work

You will ensure that systems run smoothly, processes are efficient, and technology actively contributes to growth.

Your tasks

1. Shop & System Operations

• Operation and further development of our OXID eShops and adjacent systems

• Monitoring, error analysis, and rapid problem-solving

• Steering and quality assurance of the shop agency (briefings, QA, acceptance)

• Technical further development together with external partners

2. AI & Automation

• Building workflows with n8n, AI tools, and integrations

• Automating processes across teams (Marketing, Service, Logistics)

• Introducing new tools and systems for efficiency gains

3. Internal Support & Projects

• Technical point of contact for all teams

• Support with technical questions and tool usage

• Participation in strategic growth and scaling projects

Your working day

• 60-70% planned topics (Ops, projects, automation)

• 30-40% spontaneous topics (disturbances, priorities, support)

You will work operationally AND strategically – with real responsibility instead of just ticket processing.

You bring

• Strong technical system understanding (E-Commerce environment)

• Experience with web technologies and digital processes

• Hands-on experience with the mentioned tech stack

• Understanding of automation and process thinking

• Proactive team spirit

• Structured, analytical, and pragmatic working style

• Solution-oriented instead of problem-focused

• German C2 & English C1

You don't have to be a classical developer – what's important is that you understand systems and implement solutions.
