IT Specialist Application Development (m/f/d) with a focus on Low-Code / No-Code

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated IT Specialist Application Development (m/f/d) who will further develop our digital business processes with modern Low-Code and No-Code technologies.

Tasks

• Development and optimization of digital business processes with modern Low-Code and No-Code platforms
• Creation of applications, apps, workflows, and automations
• Support in the introduction and further development of AI-based solutions
• Integration of various systems such as ERP, MES, Microsoft 365, and databases
• Analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Execution of tests and ensuring high data and process quality
• Support and further development of existing applications and automation solutions
• Participation in exciting digitization and transformation projects
• Support for our users in 2nd-level support

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT Specialist Application Development or comparable qualification
• Enthusiasm for digitization, automation, and modern technologies
• Experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms
• Fundamentals in JavaScript, C#, Python, or similar technologies
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and interfaces (REST, APIs)
• Understanding of modern cloud applications
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach with analytical thinking skills
• Strong customer orientation as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
• High initiative, reliability, and flexibility
• Willingness for professional and personal development
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
