Tasks

• Conceptualization, development, and optimization of ERP software applications (Web-Apps, databases, etc.).
• Analysis of requirements in close coordination with internal departments.
• Programming using relevant technologies (e.g. C++, Microsoft AL, VBA HTML, Python, Java, etc.).
• Integration and adaptation of existing IT systems and extensions.
• Quality assurance through testing and documentation of developed applications.
• 1st Level Support for internal IT queries and disturbances.
• Maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including hardware management (PCs, laptops, printers) and basic network topics.
• Mentorship, guidance, and training of users and colleagues.
• Use of modern development tools and methods (e.g. GitHub, agile methods).

Qualification

• Vocational Training: Completed vocational training as a specialist in application development or equivalent qualification.
• Experiences and Know-how: You are familiar with common programming languages and web technologies (e.g. C++, Microsoft AL, VBA HTML, Python, Java). You bring experiences in database management (e.g. SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure. First contacts with agile development methods are advantageous. Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills complete your profile.
