Aufgaben

• Support and further development of central applications like ERP-, DMS- and CRM-systems.

• Application management in daily operations, including error analysis, support, and accompaniment of ongoing operation.

• Maintenance of interfaces and API connections, for example, in the integration environment with Lobster.

• Analysis and optimization of business processes together with departments.

• Release and test management for new functions, updates, and system extensions.

• Management of external service providers in case of disturbances, adjustments, and technical implementations.

• Assignment and maintenance of authorizations in relevant applications and systems.

• Creation of technical documentation as well as training for key users and application users.

• Fachliche Unterstützung von Auszubildenden im IT-Umfeld.

Profil

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d), Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) or comparable.

• Professional experience in Anwendungsbetreuung, Application Management, ERP-Support, IT-Support, or system administration.

• Practical experience with enterprise software like Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, ELO, Shopware 6 or comparable systems is advantageous.

• Understanding of Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse, Releases and cooperation with external IT service providers.

• Structured, solution-oriented working style and pleasure in aligning with users and departments.

• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking for support, documentation, and internal communication.
