We are looking for a department head (m/w/d) building in existing structures (residential and commercial properties). The tasks include the planning, coordination, and control of construction projects, as well as the development of concepts for the preservation and modernization of buildings. In addition, you will be responsible for the management of our team and the coordination with other departments. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who has a degree in civil engineering or architecture and several years of experience in the field of building construction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong organizational and leadership abilities. Furthermore, you should be familiar with the relevant laws and regulations in the field of building construction and have experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Asana.
