To strengthen our team, we are looking for a female health or care professional who is passionate about providing excellent care and support to our guests. Your tasks will include: • Providing high-quality care and support to our guests in accordance with their individual needs and preferences. • Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of guest care and treatment. • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of new ideas and initiatives. • Collaborating with other departments, such as therapy and activities, to ensure a comprehensive approach to guest care. • Providing emotional support and companionship to our guests, including accompanying them on outings and activities. • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to guest care and treatment. Requirements: • Completion of a degree in nursing or a related field (e.g. gerontology). • 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a similar setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in German (spoken and written).
