The tasks include: • developing and implementing individualized care plans, • conducting assessments and evaluations, • providing medical treatment and care, • supporting the residents' daily routines, • collaborating with other healthcare professionals, • maintaining accurate records and documentation. Requirements: • degree in nursing or related field, • 2-3 years of experience in long-term care, • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • ability to work independently and as part of a team, • willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
