? About our client

Our client is an established Spitex organization in the Zurich region that specializes in professional ? home care and support for people in their familiar environment. As a Specialist in Health Care FaGe (m/f/d), you will be close to people every day – with real impact and a lot of personal responsibility. ?

? Your tasks

• ? Basic home care and support for clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene and mobilization
• ? Promoting independence through activating and resource-oriented support in everyday life
• ? Assistance with medication intake as well as observation and reporting of health-related changes
• ? Careful documentation of services rendered in accordance with the requirements of the Spitex organization
• ? Independent tour planning and self-responsible home visits to various clients
• ? Close collaboration with relatives, nursing staff, and other specialists

? Your profile

• ? Completed training as a Specialist in Health Care EFZ (FaGe) or an equivalent recognized qualification
• ?? Willingness to travel by e-bike or car – both modes of transport will be provided free of charge by the employing company
• ? Empathy and enjoyment of working with people in their personal living environment
• ? Independent, reliable way of working and high personal responsibility
• ? Good communication skills when interacting with clients and their relatives
• ? Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
