for Day and Late Shifts

Your Responsibilities

• Holistic care and support of guests in line with our nursing philosophy and the nursing process
• Taking on tasks as a key nurse
• Participation in the nursing process and in the RAI care needs assessment for assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning and accompanying doctor's rounds
• Taking on daily responsibility
• Taking on tasks as a topic specialist for a subject area, thereby contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality
• Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Specialist in Health Care EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge is desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)
• A warm and humorous disposition
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
