Nursing Expert (Full-time)

The Houses to Life are Austria's market leader in senior care. With around 5,000 employees from over 80 professions, we operate our 30 Houses to Life and 135 pensioner clubs for the city of Vienna with a lot of heart and expertise. The core task of the Department of Nursing Care & Therapy is to ensure the best possible nursing performance for our residents. Whether new technologies or tried-and-true methods – Together, we make sure that all necessary framework conditions, resources, and support are in place to provide high-quality care. Our team consists of experienced professionals who work closely together with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders to develop individualized care plans. We also place great emphasis on the well-being and quality of life of our residents, as well as the training and further education of our employees. This includes regular training sessions, workshops, and conferences that focus on topics such as dementia care, palliative care, and gerontology. Our goal is to provide a high level of care and support for our residents, while also promoting their independence and autonomy. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nursing expert who can contribute to the success of our team.
