Expert (m/f/d) for further development of the municipal procedure KM-Citizen in the area of election preparation. Your tasks will include: * Further development of the municipal procedure KM-Citizen, taking into account the requirements of the electoral law and the needs of municipalities; * Analysis and evaluation of existing procedures and processes in the context of election preparation; * Development of concepts for the further development of the municipal procedure KM-Citizen, including the integration of new technologies and innovations; * Coordination with stakeholders, such as municipalities, electoral authorities and other relevant actors; * Representation of Komm.ONE at conferences, workshops and other events in the field of election preparation. Requirements: * University degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, law, political science); * Several years of experience in the development and implementation of IT solutions for municipalities or public administration; * In-depth knowledge of electoral law and procedures; * Excellent communication and coordination skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
