Tasks - Overall responsibility for finance and accounting, controlling, and liquidity management - Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements according to Swiss accounting standards - Development and implementation of financial strategies for sustainable corporate governance - Optimization and digitalization of financial processes for efficiency gains - Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial stability - Management of risk management and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements - Close cooperation with banks, tax consultants, and auditors - Leadership, development, and motivation of a high-performing finance team Profile - Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable education (e.g. Dipl.
