The Paints department includes all products in the areas of paints, varnishes, and stains (exterior and interior), including its own color mixing center. The wide selection and assortment are complemented and completed by wallpapers, adhesives, curtains, blinds, wall decorations, floor coverings, pictures, picture frames, and art supplies.

The focus of your daily work is on BAUHAUS customers, who will be advised in a friendly and expert manner from their greeting to the needs assessment to their farewell. With an eye for detail, you will ensure an appealing product presentation as well as order and cleanliness. Through independently managed ordering processes, you will ensure product availability for our customers.

• You enjoy selling BAUHAUS products and convince with your service-oriented personality.
• You value direct and active customer contact, and friendliness is your top priority even with high customer frequency.
• Your expert knowledge optimally rounds off a completed apprenticeship or experience as a painter, a sales professional in the specialized trade, or similar.
• Ideally, you already have sales experience in the industry and are used to working your agreed weekly working hours during sales opening hours.

• 6th week of vacation after one year of service
• The collective minimum gross annual salary for 38.5 hours is €33,068 (€2,362 per month). Of course, we offer above-average pay, depending on professional experience and qualifications, as well as performance bonuses.
