You will play a crucial role in supporting projects such as farm transitions, the introduction of new marketing strategies, or the construction of new stables. Tasks

• Consulting agricultural businesses in the area of horse husbandry and breeding.
• Creation of professional expert reports and analyses for optimizing operational processes in the equine industry.
• Support in the planning and implementation of stable construction projects for horses, taking into account current guidelines and standards.
• Development of individual concepts for direct marketing of horse products and services.
• Guidance and consulting during farm transitions with a focus on horse husbandry.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Agricultural Sciences, Animal Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in consulting agricultural businesses, especially in horse husbandry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as high self-motivation.
• Willingness to travel for business and flexibility in work scheduling.
