Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d)

For our internal sales department, we are looking for Technical Sales Representatives (m/f/d) for the locations Mengerskirchen and Altenmünster.

Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for our customers, prospects, and our field sales team as part of the sales organization
• Independent processing and completion of customer orders from technical and commercial perspectives, as well as entry into our ERP system (Microsoft Navision)
• Telephone consultation and support for customers and prospects
• Assumption of further tasks in commercial internal sales

Profile

• Successfully completed commercial or craft apprenticeship
• Good technical understanding
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Willingness to work, resilience, and a high degree of service orientation
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
• Experience in data entry in CRM/ERP systems desirable
• Confident use of MS Office desirable
