Advisor (m/w/d) for Tools and/or Building Hardware for our Neu-Ulm Location

Since over 90 years, Fritz Graefer in Mülheim an der Ruhr has been a supplier and partner for the trade, industry, authorities, and municipalities as well as professional DIY enthusiasts in the field of ironware, building hardware, tools, occupational safety, and security technology.

We are looking for an Advisor (m/w/d) for Tools and/or Building Hardware for our Neu-Ulm location at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Conducting active and individual telephone customer service and consulting
• Consultation on customer inquiries and developing individual solutions
• Creating offers, accepting orders, and processing them
• Taking up and processing returns, credits, complaints, and repairs
• Closely cooperating with our sales team

Qualification

• A completed commercial vocational training
• Knowledge of the above-mentioned fields
• Understanding of business economics
• Safe handling of computers
• Customer-oriented working method
• Reliability, conscientiousness, and team spirit
• Good communication skills
