We are looking for an internal consultant (m/w/d) for tools and/or building hardware for our Gärtringen location at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Implementation of active and individual telephone customer service and consulting
• Consulting on customer inquiries and developing individual solutions
• Offer creation, order acceptance, and processing
• Taking up and processing returns, credits, complaints, and repairs
• Closely working with our sales team

Qualification

• A completed commercial vocational training
• Knowledge of the above-mentioned fields
• Business understanding
• Safe handling of computers
• Customer-oriented work approach
• Reliability, conscientiousness, and team spirit
• Good communication skills
