Specialist for Claims and Reimbursement (m/f/d)

• Advising and supporting the team on demanding and technically complex issues concerning claims and reimbursement.
• Developing and implementing measures to improve process quality within the Claims and Reimbursement team.
• Supporting the planning and execution of the onboarding of new employees (including apprentices) within the team.
• Assisting with communication with other bodies (e.g., accident insurance, health insurance companies, etc.) to efficiently and customer-orientedly clarify potential discrepancies.
• Controlling and managing processes and quality standards, including responsibility for the Internal Control System.
• Representing and supporting the team leadership.

• You have completed vocational training as a social insurance employee (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Further training and/or a degree as a health insurance specialist, business administrator, or similar professional further education is desirable.
• Customer-oriented action, conscious of quality and costs, characterizes you just as much as a high degree of goal and result orientation.
• You are open to new things and can flexibly adapt to different challenges.
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of flexibility, resilience, assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient use of MS Office products completes your profile.

• Flexibility and Flextime: With us, you have the opportunity to flexibly structure your working hours within 35 hours per week – within the scope of the flextime arrangement, also with the option to spread the hours over 4 days per week.
• Mobile Working: Depending on the area of responsibility, you can comfortably work from home on individual days.
• Compensation: We offer you additional incentives in the form of Christmas and vacation pay (14 salaries), tax-free subsidies, and Corporate Benefits. Thus, the salary range for this position is between approximately €56,000 - €72,000 gross annually. The specific classification can vary individually depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
