Digitalization and IT Processes Assistant/Associate (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced Digitalization and IT Processes Assistant/Associate (m/w/d) with leadership experience for our location in Siegen.

Tasks

• Contact person for digitalization and automation for clients and our team
• Support in introducing AI or automation solutions (e.g. document import, billing suggestions)
• Support the office management in developing a digital strategy
• Coordinate digital data flows and interfaces as well as actively promote the integration of innovative processes in the team
• Set up and advise our clients on DATEV online applications (Company Online, DATEV-Personal, My Taxes etc.)
• Lead and continuously develop the accounting team
• Monitor new technical developments in the tax sector

Qualification

• Completed further education as a Digitalization and IT Processes Assistant/Associate or equivalent qualification
• or completed training as a tax clerk with focus on digitalization
• Leadership experience
• Ideal candidate has first experiences in the field of e-commerce, e-invoicing, and digitalization projects
• Safe application of DATEV programs and MS Office
• Independent, meticulous, and responsible work
• Team and communication skills
