• You are responsible for the timely execution of monthly payroll and salary accounting, including all preparatory and follow-up work for a fixed client base
• You advise our national and international clients on all accounting-relevant, social security, and wage tax issues
• In addition to the reporting, data, and certification processes, correspondence with authorities, social security institutions, and health insurance companies is part of your area of responsibility
• You will be responsible for supporting our clients during relevant wage tax and social security audits

• Very good German language skills – we communicate with most clients in German
• Successfully completed training as a tax assistant or commercial training
• Additionally, you have successfully completed further qualification as a specialist assistant for payroll and salary or equivalent, as well as initial professional experience in the areas of responsibility mentioned
• Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with DATEV applications
• Enjoy teamwork and interacting with our clients
