Specialist Assistant (m/f/d) for Digitization and IT Processes

Tasks

• Support of own client base, preparation of monthly financial statements and bookkeeping
• Further development and automation of financial accounting
• Optimization of interfaces and the introduction of new digital solutions, especially in the DATEV environment
• Participation in pilot projects in the area of digital accounting
• Support of the team in the introduction of new processes

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a tax assistant (m/f/d) or further training as a Fibutroniker (m/f/d) or Specialist Assistant (m/f/d) for Digitization and IT Processes
• Initial experience in digitization or automation projects in the area of financial accounting, remote possible
• Very good knowledge in the application of DATEV or comparable financial accounting software as well as the common MS Office packages
• You are characterized by resilience, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills
