Fachassistent for Digitalization and IT Processes (m/w/d)

Professional experience from a tax consulting firm and DATEV knowledge are mandatory.

Tasks

• Support in digitalizing internal business processes
• Analysis, optimization, and documentation of existing IT workflows
• Participation in introducing new digital tools and systems
• Interface between departmental teams and IT
• Support in project management (planning, coordination, controlling)
• Maintenance and further development of process documentation

Qualification

• 2-3 years of experience in the field of digitalization, process management, or IT support, as well as DATEV knowledge, are mandatory
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Good DATEV knowledge
• High affinity to digital topics and IT processes
• Teamwork ability and independent working
