Tasks

• Support in digitalizing internal business processes
• Analyze, optimize and document existing IT workflows
• Participation in introducing new digital tools and systems
• Interface between departmental teams and IT
• Support in project management (planning, coordination, controlling)
• Maintenance and further development of process documentation

Qualification

• Completed commercial or IT-related education or comparable qualification
• First experience in the field of digitalization, process management or IT support is advantageous
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Very good MS-Office skills
• High affinity to digital topics and IT processes
• Teamwork ability as well as independent work
