Tasks

Your tasks

You help shape where others only administer. In this role, you are an initiator, process expert, and digitalization partner for the entire team. Your work ensures that our internal and external processes run smoothly, function digitally, and that future requirements are also considered.

Your possible tasks at a glance:

• Analysis and optimization of law firm processes with a view to digital efficiency
• Support and further development of our digital accounting systems (including DATEV Unternehmen online, DMS)
• Assistance with the introduction and implementation of new software solutions
• Digitalization of documents and processes
• Contact person for technical inquiries within the team and for clients
• Training and support of team members in the use of digital tools

Qualification

What you bring

Ideally, you have experience in the tax environment and a good understanding of the processes in a law firm. You are as interested in digital processes and their further development as you are in their practical application in everyday work.

This is what you should bring:

• Training as an Assistant Specialist Digitalization and IT Processes (FAIT) or comparable qualification
• Basic understanding of the processes in a tax firm
• Interest in process optimization and IT-supported work
• DATEV knowledge and confident handling of MS Office or the willingness to familiarize yourself with them
• Interest in digital solutions and a desire for further development
• A structured way of working, personal responsibility, and team spirit
