The Position

As a Specialist in Psychiatry at Ovivamed, you will be part of our interdisciplinary Chronic Care Team. You will care for patients with obesity and co-occurring mental health or neurodivergent conditions – both online and on-site in Zurich or Bern.

In doing so, you will shape modern, digitally supported treatment pathways and are committed to placing mental health at the center of empathetic and respectful care.

Your Responsibilities

• Psychiatric assessment and psychopharmacological management of our patients

• Conducting diagnostics and establishing individual therapy plans

• Carrying out outpatient psychotherapy (on-site and via video)

• Specialist supervision of psychotherapists, including cost approvals

• Close collaboration with nutritional counseling, medical departments, telemedicine, and clinical leadership

Your Profile

• FMH Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy

• Ideally, a medical practice license for Zurich or Bern

• Enthusiasm for digital, innovative care models

• Ideally, experience with obese patients or an interest in familiarizing yourself with the associated therapeutic challenges

• Team spirit, self-responsibility & a desire to contribute

• Very good German language skills (min. C1), English or French a plus
