As a recruitment consultancy exclusively specializing in occupational medicine, we are looking for a Specialist (m/f/d) in Occupational Medicine for one of our clients in part-time or full-time in Bremen, Cottbus, Karlsruhe, Koblenz, Leonberg, Kassel, Regensburg, Singen, Soest, Trier, and Würzburg.

Our client, a statutory accident insurance institution, supports insured persons in numerous centers nationwide and in field service for a particular industry and related trades.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the center.
  • You will be proactive and support and advise member companies on occupational health and safety.
  • You will work in a collegial team in the occupational medicine center and in field service, supported by qualified assistant staff.
  • You will identify occupational diseases early and contribute to their prevention. You will advise companies on the development and implementation of effective company health management.
  • You will participate in measures for individual vocational and medical rehabilitation.

Profile
  • Training as a specialist (m/f/d) in occupational medicine or physician (m/f/d) in occupational medicine training with at least 24 months of training in patient-facing care.
  • Experience in supporting companies.
  • Confident and positive demeanor.
  • Sociability, teamwork, and commitment.
  • Car driving license.
  • Optional: Leadership experience and authorization for further training in the field of occupational medicine are advantageous.
