Specialist/Specialist in Sports Medicine (SEMS) with Interdisciplinary Focus

The Role

As a specialist with a diploma in Sports Medicine, you will bring your expertise to our interdisciplinary care, both through telemedicine and, if applicable, on-site. You will support patients in returning to an active life and contribute to safe obesity therapy. Together with colleagues from medicine, nutrition, psychology, and physiotherapy, you will further develop the sports medicine treatment pathway at Ovivamed – digitally, evidence-based, and patient-centered.

Your Responsibilities

• Conducting sports medicine consultations via video and, if applicable, on-site

• Contributing to the development and further advancement of the sports medicine treatment pathway

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical specialties

• Utilizing digital tools, wearables & scorings for individualized care

• Documentation in the PIS and communication with referring physicians and specialists

• Participation in team and case conferences
  

Your Profile

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine or Orthopedics (FMH)

• Diploma in Sports Medicine (SGSM)

• Experience or strong motivation to work in digital healthcare systems

• Patient-oriented and structured approach to work

• Very good German language skills (min. C1); English or French desirable

• Ideally, a permit to practice in Zurich or Bern
